I am a neurodivergent, integrated counsellor, practising Person Centred, Psychodynamic and holistic approaches to Counselling.
About me and my practice
I use a mix of therapies including person centred, I believe every client is unique and counselling is not one size fits all. In your initial session we will explore the issues you are experiencing, what you would like to achieve from counselling and how we can work together to realise those goals.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As a member of the BACP I am committed to providing an Ethical, quality service, demonstrating high levels of professionalism and integrity at all times.
I have ADHD and dyspraxia so I understand how being neurodivergent can impact on your life, relationships and mental health. I know firsthand how debilitating depression and anxiety are. To have someone that simply listens and understands you even when you cant quite find the words is reassuring and comforting, as your counsellor I can be that person.

CPCAB level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling
TQUK level 2 certificate in self harm and suicide awareness and prevention
TQUK level 2 certificate in understanding Autism
